Responsibilities

- Esperienza cliente: Create a welcoming and engaging experience for customers; interact naturally, understand needs, and provide personalized style suggestions.
- Mantenimento del piano vendite: Contribute to product restocking and keep the store clean and well presented; tasks include folding, hanging, and arranging sizes to maintain high presentation standards.
- Operazioni di cassa: Manage payments, returns and exchanges accurately and quickly, ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Ordini online: Support a seamless omnichannel experience; handle “Save the Sale” sales, in‑store pick‑ups, and preparation of shipped orders from the store.

Qualifications

- Italiano fluente.
- Capacità di creare una customer experience accogliente e inclusiva.
