We are seeking an M&A; specialist who will support the end?to?end M&A; process, from market scouting to post?merger integration, in a dynamic technology?driven environment. Responsibilities * Support the end?to?end M&A; process, contributing to multiple phases of the transaction lifecycle. * Assist in market scouting and target identification, including industry analysis, desktop research, and competitive benchmarking. * Contribute to the evaluation of acquisition targets through financial analysis, valuation models, and strategic assessments. * Contribute to the preparation of investment materials, business cases, and presentations for senior management. * Support due diligence activities across financial, legal, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams, coordinating inputs from internal teams and external advisors. * Assist in deal execution activities, including data room management, analysis of transaction documents, and coordination with advisors. * Maintain M&A; documentation, models, and reports, contributing to continuous improvement of tools and processes. Qualifications * 2–3 years of professional experience in corporate finance, M&A; advisory, transaction services, strategy consulting, or similar roles. * Previous experience in Big Four or advisory firms is preferred, but not mandatory. * Solid financial analysis and modeling skills,



with a strong understanding of valuation fundamentals. * Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and structured problem?solving approach. * Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast?paced environment. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross?functional teams. * Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn within a complex and evolving business context. * Previous experience in Venture Capital or exposure to VC?backed environments is a plus. * High standards of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
