Primary function: Empower System Integration to fit ICE to vehicle at the best, by capturing vehicle requirements at early stage and granting a clean and effective management at Truck and Bus Technical Table. Acts as the primary interface for transforming vehicle requirements into ICE system targets and requirements. Essential Responsibilities: Providing clear project scope and expectations to the PWT Technical Team Defining system integration strategy, building and maintaining system integration plan / integrated validation plan Prioritizing the activities within the respective Technical Team, according to Projects milestones Project status tracking, ensuring system readiness at each integration milestone,
through specific KPI monitoring Single PWT point of contact within the Truck & Bus Project Tables for PWT Technical Team risks and issues tracking PWT Integration report review with Truck & Bus Project Tables Requirements: ~ Degree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic or System Engineering ~ Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken, German is a plus ~5-7 years' experience of ICE application development ~ Overall vehicle system's understanding, with focus on vehicle systems impacting ICE/ATS (e.G air intake system, cooling system, fuel system, exhaust system, etc) ~ Strong xrdztoy problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate root causes beyond initial findings ~ Effective communication and seamless collaboration across Powertrain and Vehicle teams within global programs ~ Strong understanding and practical application of risk management methodologies (e.G. FMEA, risk assessment, mitigation planning) Digital Skills: MS Office Polarion D.I.M. Availability to Travel: ~ Expected % of Time: ? 20%
