Working model: Full-time, on-site We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a growing technology company developing advanced autonomous UAV systems. You'll take ownership of complete mechanical systems, working from early concepts and detailed CAD design through prototyping, testing and production. Responsibilities Design complete mechanical systems for UAVs and supporting infrastructure. Integrate electronics, motors, sensors, antennas, payloads and cabling. Produce 3D models, technical drawings and manufacturing documentation. Select suitable materials and manufacturing processes. Support prototyping, assembly, testing and design improvements.



Work closely with electronics, software and production teams. Requirements 5+ years of mechanical design experience. Background in UAVs, robotics, aerospace or compact electromechanical products. Strong 3D CAD and system-level product design experience. Knowledge of plastics, composites, machining and low-volume manufacturing. Able to work independently and take ownership of projects. Professional English; Italian is not essential. Package Salary of approximately €40,000–€60,000 , potentially higher for exceptional candidates.
