About the Role
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful execution of complex Oil & Gas EPC projects, supporting all phases of the engineering lifecycle from concept development and FEED studies through detailed engineering, commissioning, and start-up.
You will be in charge for delivering high-quality process engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations. Working within multidisciplinary project teams, you will provide technical leadership, contribute to process optimization initiatives, and act as a focal point for process engineering matters with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and approve process engineering deliverables throughout all project phases, including Conceptual Design, FEED,
and Detailed Engineering.
Prepare and validate Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), Heat & Material Balances, and Process Design Basis documents.
Prepare technical specifications and datasheets for process equipment and packaged units.
Support the sizing, selection, and technical evaluation of major process equipment.
Participate in HAZOP studies, SIL assessments, design reviews, and other process safety activities.
Interface with Clients, Suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Process Engineer within EPC Companies operating in the Oil & Gas sector;
Fluent English,both written and spoken;
Previous involvement in international EPC projects:
Knowledge of advanced process safety methodologies;
Availability for occasional national and international business travel, depending on project requirements. xrdbqlu
