ppbLocation: /b Verona area, Italy /ppbRAL: /b 80-100K /ppblanguage: /b Italian, English /ph3The Opportunity /h3pA leading international industrial group headquartered in the Verona area is embarking on a strategic bSAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program /b aimed at redesigning, harmonizing and standardizing business processes across the organization. /ppTo support this ambitious transformation journey, we are seeking a bSAP Project Manager /b who will report directly to the bChief Information Officer (CIO) /b. /ppThis is a key leadership role responsible for driving the functional evolution of the SAP landscape, ensuring successful delivery of the S/4HANA program and acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams and implementation partners. /ph3Role Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the functional SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program across the Group. /liliDefine and execute the SAP functional roadmap in alignment with business strategy and organizational objectives. /liliDrive business process harmonization and redesign, promoting SAP best practices across different business areas. /liliLead and coordinate SAP functional streams, ensuring effective collaboration between business functions, IT and external implementation partners. /liliManage a multidisciplinary SAP organization of approximately b50 professionals /b, including b20 internal resources /b, functional leads, business analysts, project managers and external consultants. /liliOversee functional areas including Finance Controlling, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Logistics and other business processes.



/liliEstablish effective program governance, monitoring progress, risks, priorities and delivery milestones. /liliAct as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular updates to the CIO and executive leadership. /liliEnsure business readiness, change management and adoption throughout the transformation journey. /liliSupport the evolution and growth of the internal SAP organization, fostering knowledge sharing and capability development. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3pThe ideal candidate is a senior SAP leader with a strong track record in enterprise transformation programs and functional SAP delivery. /ph3Required Experience /h3ulliExtensive experience managing SAP functional transformation programs within complex organizations. /liliProven experience leading bSAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations /b from design through go-live. /liliStrong understanding of SAP functional processes and business transformation methodologies. /liliExperience managing large SAP teams, including internal employees, business representatives and external consulting partners. /liliAbility to operate effectively with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership. /liliStrong experience in program governance,
