/li /ulh3bOur Perfect Candidate /b /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; /lili5 years in industrialization, process engineering, or manufacturing support, experience in food or pharmaceutical related industries is preferred; /liliProven experience scaling processes from lab to industrial scale; /liliHands‑on experience with plant trials and process validation; /liliExperience working within global, matrix organizations; /liliStrong knowledge of process engineering and material behavior; /liliStructured, pragmatic, and solution‑oriented mindset; /liliSolid project management and prioritization skills; /liliClear communicator with strong ownership and accountability; /liliReadiness in mobility across global sites. /li /ulpThe position offers a gross annual salary between 45,000€ and 50,000€.
