ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will design and develop automotive products aligned with customer needs, driving feasibility analyses and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams. You will support customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring robust technical documentation and product validation. You join the Technical Design Office to advance high-quality, innovative designs and contribute to international projects. This is a hands‑on position with opportunities to influence product cost, performance, and manufacturing readiness. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDesign and develop automotive products per customer specs /liliAssess feasibility of new products and applications /liliProvide technical support to customers and help solve problems /liliLead technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams /liliPrepare production drawings, specifications, tolerances, and BOMs /liliAssist Sales with cost estimation and technical evaluation /liliPlan design activities, timelines,



and monitor progress /liliCollaborate with Experimental Lab, Production, and Quality teams /liliPrepare and manage DFMEA, Product Validation Plans, IATF and APQP documentation /liliCreate product presentations and participate in cross-functional international projects /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliEngineering Degree in Mechanical /lili8–10 years of automotive-related experience /liliHigh level of English (written and oral) /liliKnowledge of plastic materials and molding processes /liliPreferred knowledge of cooling circuits for internal combustion engines /liliExperience with 3D design software (CREO) /liliProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) /liliStrong negotiation, proactivity, and team‑orientation /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ullithriving company /lilidynamic team environment /liliinclusive culture /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
