You will provide advanced technical support to dealers, workshops, and end customers, ensuring rapid resolution of vehicle issues while supporting direct sales opportunities and long-term customer partnerships across the region. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide advanced field engineering support to dealers, workshops and customers across the AME region, ensuring effective diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues. /li liConduct on‑site investigations at dealer and customer locations, acting as the primary technical reference during critical vehicle and product‑related cases. /li liSupport the AME Customer Product Support Manager and Service Zone Managers on technical matters and product performance monitoring. /li liAct as the liaison between the field and internal functions, coordinating actions with Quality, Engineering, Parts and Product Support teams. /li liDeliver technical coaching and guidance to dealer workshop personnel to improve diagnostic capability and repair quality. /li liTravel extensively across the AME region to support network operational performance,
customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime. /li liManage strategic Key Accounts, supporting direct sales activities and developing strong relationships with key customers and fleet operators. /li liSupport tenders, fleet projects and other commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and IVECO capabilities. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liQualification in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related technical field. /li liFluency in Italian and English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French are considered a plus. /li liStrong knowledge of truck aftersales operations and commercial vehicle systems. /li liProven experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems. /li liExperience working directly with workshops and customers in the field. /li liProficiency in MS Office and diagnostic platforms. /li liCustomer‑facing experience and strong relationship management skills. /li /ul h3Preferred Tools Systems /h3 ul lieTIM (technical literature) /li liIWD (diagnostic tool management) /li liRSS (Teleservices) /li liPower (parts catalogue) /li liStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills. /li liHands‑on approach with the ability to work effectively in workshop and customer environments. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
