Key Account Manager – Medical Aesthetics (Injectables) | Rome, Italy ? Location: Rome, Italy (Field-Based) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading global medical aesthetics business, managing the Rome territory. This is a field-based commercial role focused on driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships and expanding business across a premium portfolio of aesthetic products. Key Responsibilities: * Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic physicians and clinics. * Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory. * Manage and grow existing key accounts. * Deliver product training and educational sessions. * Support workshops, events and promotional activities. * Maintain accurate CRM records,



sales forecasts and pipeline management. * Represent the business at industry meetings and congresses. * Approximately 90% field-based travel Requirements: * 3–5 years experience within Medical Aesthetics, ideally Injectables. * Minimum 2 years successful B2B field sales experience. * Existing relationships with aesthetic physicians and clinics in the Rome region. * Strong commercial, negotiation and account management skills. * Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory.
