Contribute to NAND cells optimization B.Sc. Degree in Electronic (preferred) / Physical / Mathematical Engineering Good knowledge of MOS and other elementary electronic devices physics Good spoken and written English Knowledge of a programming language, Linux and/or Matlab would be a plus Basic knowledge of simple circuits and of semiconductor technology would be a plus Basic knowledge about TCAD would be a plus Ability to work in a team and be self-motivated High self-initiative and ability to think and act independently Willingness to learn new things and to understand/solve complex problems Verbal, listening and written communication skills Working in a multicultural environment
