Collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality products. Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the construction, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits Perform parasitic modeling and aid in developing validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions Coordinate and manage the layout process, including floor-planning, placement, and routing Execute verification processes using modeling and simulation with industry-standard tools Collaborate across teams to drive standardization and ensure group success Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, Product Engineering) to ensure manufacturability Proactively engage with Standards, CAD, modeling,



and verification groups to enhance design quality Drive innovation for future memory generations in a dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit development principles Experience with industry-standard simulation and verification tools Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment Experience in memory development or semiconductor industry Familiarity with parasitic modeling and layout optimization techniques Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in product development Attitude to innovate and propose process improvements
