About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Milan. This is a hands-on internship offering exposure to day-to-day HR operations across both Italy and the UK. You’ll support core HR processes and contribute to a range of projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as posting job ads, reviewing CVs, and scheduling interview.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers,ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Assist in preparing HR documents including contracts, letters.
- Contribute to HR projects focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Facilitating the smooth management of global HR processes such as performance evaluation, compensation/promotion.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and compliance updates to support policy development and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR workflows and employee experience.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team in Milan and London.
Candidate Profile
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Economy, or a related field.
- Eager to learn and build practical HR experience.
- Organized, communicative, and reliable, with a strong sense of discretion.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other tools in Microsoft Office.
- Able to handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
- Interest in HR systems (e.g. ATS or HRIS) and employment practices in Italy and/or the UK.
- Native level Italian and confident conversational English required.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry is a must!
