Voice Recording Specialist (AI Training) About The Role What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks with millions of people around the world? We're looking for Voice Recording Specialists to record natural speech samples that help train the next generation of AI speech systems — making them sound more human, more natural, and more effective. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.

No voice acting experience or audio engineering background required — just a clear, natural speaking voice and a quiet place to record.

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to conversational prompts

Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of speech patterns

Ensure recordings are clean, clear, and free from background noise and interference

Complete metadata forms that describe and categorize each recording session

Participate in both scripted reading sessions and open-ended conversational recordings





Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Clear, natural speaking voice — no professional training required
