Key Requirements:3+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
Proficiency in Office 365 management and support
Basic to intermediate network troubleshooting, including firewalls and network configurations
Ability to upgrade workstations, perform Windows 11 migrations, and add hardware components confidently
Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively
Willingness to work on-site with clients 2-3 days weekly; in office on other days
MSP experience a premio but not essential
Driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally
Main Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technician resolving desktop issues, network troubleshooting, and supporting Office 365 administration
Perform routine upgrades, hardware updates, and basic server tasks
Collaborate closely with team members and clients to identify needs and deliver solutions
Maintain proactive communication to ensure systems are optimized and secure
Assist in implementing automation and cyber protection initiatives
Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and virtual support
Keep abreast of evolving technology trends and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Perks & Benefits:Salary range of $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and skills
