Experteer Overview

As Senior Accountant in our Corporate Finance & Administration team, you will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting across USGAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements. You will support month‑end and quarter‑end closings and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes. This role sits in a structured, international environment where integrity and data quality are vital. You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, strengthening audit readiness and reporting quality. This is a hands‑on, impact‑focused position with visible contribution to financial governance and process enhancement.

Responsibilities

- Prepare USGAAP, IFRS, and statutory entries and reports
- Lead or support monthly and quarterly close and reporting packages
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Oversee and improve financial reporting controls and data integrity
- Drive process improvement initiatives across accounting areas
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision‑making




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to align data requirements

Requirements

- 2–3 years of external audit experience
- Experience in corporate accounting
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of USGAAP, IFRS, and Italian GAAP
- Experience with period‑end closing and financial reporting preparation
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, flexible, hands‑on mindset
- Strong collaboration skills in cross‑functional/international environments
