Your role:

As Cybersecurity & Networking Engineer you will be part of the Technical Support team, contributing to support customers in the design, operation and troubleshooting of secure OT networks and cybersecurity solutions, acting as a trusted technical reference for industrial environments, including 5G-based connectivity.

Your day-to-day activities include:

Working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues, optimize system configurations and ensure secure and reliable operation of OT infrastructures.

You’ll make an impact by:

- Providing advanced technical support to customers for OT networking and cybersecurity solutions
- Analyzing customer technical specifications, system architectures and operational requirements
- Supporting the design and validation of secure OT network and cybersecurity architectures
- Contributing to the integration and support of industrial connectivity (LAN/WAN, WLAN, 5G) use cases

Core requirements:

- Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (routing, switching, LAN/WAN, WLAN, 5G) applied to industrial or OT environments




- Experience or strong interest in OT cybersecurity and secure industrial system operation
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical scenarios and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Availability to occasionally travel nationally
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
