Responsibilities

- Lead the sales team and develop operations for power generation sales and marketing
- Run and develop genset sales operations in the AGCO Power Finland and China factories
- Build and execute sales strategy with the sales team, Sales Director and Business Director of power generation sales
- Manage budgeting and reporting for power generation sales
- Foster team spirit and build a collaborative culture
- Develop and update sales processes with the team
- Manage the NPS process

Qualifications

- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's degree holder




- Technical or commercial education and experience in engine or electric technology
- Previous experience in leading commercial teams is a plus

Workplace

The role follows AGCO’s on‑site work model, with employees working primarily from an AGCO location for a minimum of four days per week to support collaboration and teamwork. You’ll work at the AGCO Reman site in Tesoma, Finland.
