ppFor several international projects to be held in one of our clients, a multinational company based in bRome /b, we are looking for brilliant candidates with experience as bService Manager (IT and Digital Transformation) /b: /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Maths or Computer Science; /li liEngineering or IT background; /li li2 years of experience; /li /ul h3Expertise /h3 ul liGood knowledge of cloud environment; /li liFamiliarity with SOAP, REST architectures; /li liITIL approach knowledge; /li liStrong analysis skills. /li /ul h3Other Skills /h3 ul liOrientation to problem solving and proactivity; /li /ul h3Main role and activities /h3 ul liCreation and understanding of SLAs and KPIs based on the type of service, customer journey and business requirements; /li liDefinition and design of operational processes for the management and resolution of incidents,
