ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs an Operations Start-up Leader, you join the CAPEX project team to drive vertical start-up and sustained performance through effective preparation and leadership during the start-up phase. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, from requirements and permits to training, materials, and commissioning, ensuring timely handover to operations. The role combines project discipline with hands‑on production leadership in a food industry setting, offering meaningful impact on site readiness and long‑term performance. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliAssist in User Requirement Specifications development by identifying local site constraints /liliCoordinate permits and licenses with project manager, quality manager,



and regulatory team /liliCoordinate/manage the starting and training process /liliCoordinate Raw/Pack/consumables materials availability and production planning during start-up /liliDevelop and manage master startup plan for commissioning, qualification and verification /liliCoordinate/manage operational team and ensure certifications are completed on time /liliEnsure proactive handover of the project to the operational team including the Manufacturing dossier /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliExperience in running manufacturing projects /lili3-5 years of production leadership (Production manager or line supervisor) /liliApproximately 3-5 years as factory pillar leader /liliUniversity Degree in Engineering /liliFluency in English; Italian knowledge is a plus /liliKnowledge of 5S and safety practices /liliTraining and coaching ability /liliAbility to manage harmonious working relationships and achieve common objectives /liliAbility to elaborate trade-offs /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
