Junior ESG Consultant in Milan supporting the M&A; team with sustainability services for financial services and corporate clients. You will assist ESG audits, risk-related due diligence, and SFDR-focused reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams on decarbonization initiatives. The role blends ESG advisory with risk management, offering exposure to diverse client sectors and flexible work arrangements. Perform ESG audits to identify reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development
Assist on risk activities with a focus on IT risks and ESG due diligence
Support ESG strategy work for asset managers and funds, including SFDR considerations




Prepare ESG reporting for asset managers and corporate clients
Support project managers with information research, reports, and proposal development
Deliver multiple project tasks or components as needed
Responsibilities
Experience in risk management and a consulting environment
Master in Environmental Engineering (preferred)
Working proficiency in Italian and English (C1)
Ability to multi-task, travel, and work independently
