In this role, you lead the global publication strategy and execution for studies with worldwide impact, aligning scientific outputs with medical and commercial objectives. You’ll orchestrate integrated publication plans, manage congress and journal activities, and oversee manuscript processes across global teams. You’ll ensure high-quality, compliant dissemination of evidence while balancing scientific rigor with strategic business needs. This is a cross-functional, cross-geography role that shapes how data informs global medical strategies and patient impact.

- Define and maintain the global publication strategy across the Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP)
- Develop and manage global integrated publication plans for studies conducted by global functions
- Prioritize dissemination opportunities based on scientific value, lifecycle stage, and geographic priorities
- Identify target international congresses and coordinate affiliate activity for anchor abstracts
- Oversee abstract planning, submission timelines, and approvals
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for consistent scientific positioning of congress deliverables
- Define manuscript strategy (primary, secondary, exploratory) and target journals
- Oversee writing, review, submission, revision, and publication of manuscripts




- Manage relationships with medical writers and publication vendors when applicable
- Collaborate with Global Evidence Generation, medical leads, Global Clinical Development, GVA, and global commercial teams to align plans with priorities
- Act as central publication point of contact for EGP studies and ensure compliance with SOPs, GPP, ethics, and disclosure standards
- Monitor progress, timelines, and deliverables across all EGP publications

Responsabilità

- Advanced degree preferred: MD, PhD, PharmD, or MSc in life sciences or related field
- 2+ years in a similar role in pharmaceutical companies
- Strong knowledge of scientific congress landscape and peer-reviewed journals
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into publication plans
- Excellent understanding of clinical development and evidence generation
- Ability to balance scientific rigor with business needs
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Project management with attention to detail and timelines
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
