Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage day-to-day procurement for assigned spend areas to support business continuity, cost efficiency, and supplier performance. You will work with operations, maintenance, engineering and finance to ensure timely CAPEX and OPEX purchases, budget alignment, and compliant processes. Based in Milan, you will leverage ERP systems to drive end-to-end procurement and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role with a clear impact on availability, cost control and supplier relationships.

- Manage end-to-end operational procurement for assigned categories, including RFQ, bid comparison, PO issuance, and ERP documentation.
- Ensure timely CAPEX and OPEX purchasing aligned with business needs and budgets.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and finance to clarify specifications, delivery requirements, and priorities.
- Monitor open orders, delivery schedules, and supplier confirmations; follow up on delays, non‑conformities, and service issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement data, contracts, quotations, and supplier records across digital tools and systems.
- Support supplier onboarding, performance monitoring,
and periodic reviews with Tactical Buyers and category managers.
- Contribute to savings tracking, KPI reporting, and process improvement initiatives for efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards throughout procurement.
- Collaborate with the broader procurement team on framework agreements, sourcing initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, economics, engineering, supply chain, or related field (minimum clearly required).
- At least 2 years of experience in operational procurement or purchasing, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Experience in managing OPEX and CAPEX purchasing, supplier quotations, order placement, and follow‑up.
- Knowledge of JDE and/or Zycus procurement modules is a plus.
- Fluent Italian and good English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience with KPIs, reporting tools, and procurement documentation.
