Experteer Italy in Capriata d'Orba is looking for an individual to support the Integrated Lean Six Sigma journey within the CI department. In this role, you will drive data-driven improvements and train teams on Continuous Improvement tools, enabling the daily management system and leading root-cause analysis to close KPI gaps.

The ideal candidate will focus on establishing new work standards and mentoring colleagues in CI practices, with a commitment to safety, quality, and measurable gains.
