About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our iconic Four Seasons Hotel Milano, in Italy!

What You Will Do

- Lead overall operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry department, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Manage team leadership, training and development,



maintaining Four Seasons standards while controlling costs without compromising quality.
- Deliver the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in guest interactions and accommodate special requests wherever possible.
- Budget and ensure the financial goals of the department are met.
- Establish and maintain cleaning and preventative maintenance programs to preserve the appearance and lifespan of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.

What You Bring

- Experience in luxury hospitality operations.
- A natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- An exceptional eye for detail.

Requirements

- Legal right to work in Italy.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
