Job Description:
As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.
Your daily work as an Inside Sales Representative consists of customer service mainly by email, quoting and order management (from quote to invoice) and various back office administrative tasks. You will be also responsible for having an in-depth knowledge on the customers portfolio of products, creation of potential offers and assistance to our customers. In order to be successful, you need to actively follow your sales cases as well as orders until execution. You will work especially closely with colleagues in Italy.
How we imagine you
- You are comfortable in working both independently and as a team member.
- You are proactive and flexible, take responsibility of your duties, can work also under pressure, understand how details affect the big picture and show positive can-do attitude.
- You have good organizing and team working skills and you pick up easily new programs and tools.
- Accuracy is a must in this position.
- Working experience in back office or operations are preferred.
- Knowledge of English minimum B2.
