JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Retail Continuous Improvement Project Manager will support the business to drive sustainable change within the organization. Capable to lead Complex projects, with an eye of Optimization and problem solving,



coordinating the business to define clear roadmap and requirements to achieve the project’s goals; supporting team members from an operational and method best practices. The candidate will act as a business liaison with IT and other internal technical areas (ie Data Science or Business Analytics). Candidate is responsible to promote Continuous improvement within the Retail organization at all levels.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Focus on eliminating waste to deliver Value added flows
- Collaborate with users on future system enhancements that may be needed to support new business models. Partner with IT on design, testing and implementation.
- Work with project team to scope complex projects, evaluate options and lead implementation from a business user perspective
- Lead our business partners to deliver specific requirements needed for the completion of the project
- Develop and deliver support documents in an organized way, to structure new Process related to Projects and ensure it is accessible in a user-friendly repository.
- Coordinate the different phases of testing activities during the implementation of new instruments and be able to track the inconsistencies.

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

- Educational Background in Economics or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years of experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid experience with SAP, Business Object, Excel, Power Point software packages
- Solid experience in Projects, Retail Processes and/or Continuous Improvement
- Experience in building process, KPI’s and project roadmaps
- Retail Planning background with strong process and systems acumen
- Continuous Improvement experience within Retail process is needed
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Highly skilled in Excel and Power Point
- Capable to collaborate with cross functional teams, including IT to assist in the translation of business requirements to technical needs
- Enthusiastically promote solutions interfacing with the teams to obtain the ideal process
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Ability to work in a Fast changing environment with high flexibility
- Project Management is a great plus
- English fluent
