Experteer Overview

In this role you design and analyze contracts for clinical trials, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess risks and drive improvements, while maintaining accurate contract records. You will negotiate terms with clients and vendors, and provide guidance on interpretation and dispute resolution. This position supports ICON’s mission to bring new medicines to patients faster by enabling robust, compliant contracting.

- Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents for clinical trial activities and vendor relationships
- Negotiating contract terms with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and policy alignment
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to assess contract risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables in contract management systems
- Providing guidance on contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution to internal teams





Responsabilità

- Bachelor in business, life sciences, communications, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in contract administration/management, preferably in pharma or clinical research
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terms, and regulatory requirements for trials and vendor agreements
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to handle complex contractual issues
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to travel ~5%
- Languages: Spanish and Italian
