Knowledge of NATO policies, governance frameworks, and procurement processes /lili(Desirable) Active NATO Secret Personnel Security Clearance (PSC) /lili(Desirable) Experience working with distributed or geographically dispersed teams /lili(Desirable) Familiarity with IT service management and governance frameworks /liliLanguage(s): English (fluent) /li /ulpbr / /ppJob description: /pulliSupport the delivery of a multi-year IT infrastructure modernisation programme within the organisation /liliDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and project backlogs /liliMonitor project execution, track progress against objectives, and identify risks and mitigation actions /liliPrepare and deliver project status reports, dashboards, and management briefings /liliCoordinate and contribute to the development of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services /liliApply Agile project management principles and practices to support effective project delivery /liliFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies /liliCoordinate activities across technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners /liliSupport requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation to ensure project objectives are clearly defined /liliWork closely with IT architecture, network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment of project deliverables /liliManage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle /liliSupport IT governance activities and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures /liliContribute to the successful implementation of modern computing, networking, and data infrastructure solutions /li /ul
