1. Academic background in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.

2. Valid electrician license (construction/maintenance type is preferred) with more than 2 years of experience in mechatronic equipment troubleshooting and repair.
3. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, skilled in operating test instruments, and familiar with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S***********).
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, customer requirement - oriented mindset, ability to optimize workflows proactively.
5. Flexible and efficient teamwork ability, strong time management skills, able to accept urgent tasks and strictly abide by safety regulations. xrdbqlu
6. English proficiency as a working language, readiness for international business travel, and familiar with cross-cultural communication skills.
