Active acquisition of new customers via digital media andtelemarketing
Quotation preparation viaASA hotel software and "Korrespondenzmanager"and digital tools
Supporting the creation of the annualmarketing plan




Implementation of the marketing plan according tocorporate identity
Monitoring regarding theachievement of the set targets
Operational marketing on all tourism relevant channels
PR work print and online
Google Ads
Facebookcampaigns
Content creation for all channels
Website and social media maintenance
Maintenance of digital in-house platforms
Creation of in-house print materials
Evaluation management
Maintenance of content on booking websites and OTAs
Support of various projects in tourism marketing
Public relations for the Italian market, the DACH region and key international markets
Social Media Marketing
Social media monitoring
Previous knowledge ofAdobe graphics softwareis an advantage
