p Design Manager (Data Center) - Italy (Milan)p A well-established engineering consulting firm is looking for a Design Manager for a Data Center project in the Milan area.
This will be a 12 month project and would see you being responsible for the technical coordination of an interdisciplinary design team /pp Responsibilities will include: /pulli Management of coordination activities in a BIM environment, formulating inputs and observations /lili Verification of the qualitative and quantitative technical contents of the design in relation to the project requirements in the various phases of work /lili Verification of the work carried out by external consultants /lili Coordination of permitting activities and specialist consultancy to obtain building permits /lili Preparation of summary reports relating to the various project phases for the company management /lili Management and monitoring of planning, verification,



and control of the execution times /lili Collaboration with field staff and / or with departmental colleagues to anticipate and resolve projects-related problems /lili Collaboration with managers of various disciplines to maintain a strong team, cultivating the relationships between each specialist group /li /ulp Candidate profile: /pulli Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role /lili Strong command of English (B2/C1 level) and a good working knowledge of Italian (B1/B2 level).
/lili Good knowledge of single text of the legislative and regulatory provisions on construction in Italy, AutoCAD, Revit (Autodesk) and ACC work platform /lili Knowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines will be considered a plus /lili Proven construction management experience in Data Center will be considered a plus /lili Good knowledge and experience with project management procedures /lili Regular on-site presence is required; projects are located in the Milan metropolitan area /li /ul /p
