Covestro Filago in Lombardy is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Operations team, ensuring safe, quality and efficient production. You will coach shift supervisors, drive CI and digital tools adoption, and partner with the Plant Manager to deliver operational excellence.

You will manage KPIs such as OEE and scrap, steer sustainability and energy efficiency, and foster cross‑functional collaboration while guiding change.
