Purpose of Position:
Support colleagues in the Supply Chain area mainly in the call-off process contributing to process optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Reordering (calling off) of raw materials and packaging, and managing inbound transport.
- Reordering (calling off) third-party products and managing transport.
- Liaising with purchasing, sales, production, and quality departments.
- Managing stock operations related to the rotation of raw materials and packaging.
- Managing KPIs and preparing monthly reports.
Professional and Personal skills
- Education: Degree in economics or management engineering.
- Professional Skills: Presentation, analysis and KPI planning.
- Experiences: 2-3 years of experience in the planning field.
- Language Skills: English proficiency, second language preferably.
- Computer Skills: MS Office (especially Excel).
- Behavioral requirements: stress management, Relational skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving aptitude.
