Now hiring for a Site Supervisor to provide leadership to a team of several employees and administrative assistance to the HR and Payroll team!
The position requires previous supervisor experience, knowledge of computer systems and strong team leadership skills!
Prefer, if supervisor is bilingual in English and Creole or bilingual in Spanish and Creole in order to translate/communicate with employees who speak Creole

The supervisor will be responsible for:

- Documenting staff changes, performance reports, and communications.
- Managing communications for the HR department.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Conducting orientation for new employees.
- Assisting with recruitment and other tasks assigned by management.
