The role will develop your analytical and sales abilities and exposure to other business functions.




What you will learnDevelop and apply quantitative analysis to design, monitor, and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives.
Support the commercial team by helping them understand and implement marketing levers, maximizing impact and business results.
Collaborate cross?functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure successful execution of promotional activities.
Use digital tools to manage data, extract meaningful insights, support strategic decision?making, and prepare detailed presentations for management.
What we are looking forDegree – preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
Languages – fluent Italian and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Technical skills – excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel.
Soft skills – initiative, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation, strong communication and relational abilities; passion for automotive industry is a plus.
