The Role
AsCampus Manager, you will lead theoperations and managementof a STACK Data Center Campus, ensuringoperational excellence,regulatory compliance,budget control, and high levels ofclient satisfactionacross the site.
You will oversee theCritical Operations team, coordinate vendors and projects, and ensure the campus operates safely and efficiently in a24?7 environment.
What You'll Do
Leadsafe and compliant campus operationsacross all critical infrastructure activities
ManageCritical Operations team, supporting training and team development
Overseepreventative and corrective maintenance programsto ensure operational reliability
Coordinatevendors, contractors, and project activities, including fit-out and commissioning works
Develop and maintaintechnical proceduresfor maintenance activities and emergency situations
Monitorfacility performanceand respond to operational incidents or abnormal conditions
Leadincident reporting,root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Managesite auditsand ensure compliance withstatutory, HSE, and STACK requirements
ManageCAPEX/OPEX budgets, forecasting, and operational reporting including KPIs and site status
Collaborate withinternal teams and clientsto support operational activities and maintain high customer satisfaction
Who We're Looking For
Experience inData Center,critical facilities, orcampus/facility managementenvironments
Knowledge ofcritical infrastructure systemsincluding cooling, power, and maintenance operations
Experience managing24?7 operations, vendors, and operational teams
Strongleadership,communication, and stakeholder management skills




Understanding ofregulatory compliance,HSE, and operational best practices
Financial awareness with experience managingoperational budgets
Fluent inItalianandEnglish

The compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position.
Final compensation will be determined fairly and transparently within this range, based on the candidate's professional experience, skills and qualifications.
