pstrongProject Manager — Utility-Scale Solar PV BESS | Milan (Hybrid) /strong /ppbr/ppstrongA market-leading global renewables developer and manufacturer /strong is expanding its Italian project delivery team and is hiring a strongProject Manager /strong to lead the execution of utility-scale solar PV and battery storage projects across Italy.
/ppThis is a delivery-focused role for someone who has built solar (BESS a strong plus) and knows the Italian EPC market inside out.
You will own your projects end to end, from kick-off through to acceptance and warranty, reporting into the Italian and HQ leadership teams.
/ppbr/ppstrongWhat you will do /strong /pulliAct as the primary owner for project implementation and process management, taking full responsibility for planning and delivery /liliLead and coordinate project teams to meet the Level 1 plan and control progress, quality, safety, cost, risk and resourcing /liliManage project cash flow (targeting positive cash flow) and handle procurement and payment requests through internal systems /liliSupport the business development team in assessing the feasibility of new project opportunities and pipeline, including site visits /liliMonitor backlog (ready-to-build in 3 to 6 months)



and drive the kick-off process in line with company procedures /liliSupport the MA team on project sales and EPC contract negotiations /liliOwn internal and external project acceptance and warranty management /liliEnsure full compliance with QEHS, cost, schedule and equipment management standards, alongside local codes and international best practice /liliProvide clear daily and weekly reporting to management /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat you will bring /strong /pulli5+ years as a Project Manager, including at least 3 years in solar PV (BESS experience a strong advantage) /liliStrong working knowledge of the Italian EPC market and familiarity with international standards and best practice /liliProven ability to run several projects simultaneously /liliFluent English (Italian a strong plus) /liliHonest, adaptable, fast-learning and genuinely enthusiastic about renewables /li /ulpbr/ppstrongThe offer /strong /pulliFull-time, permanent /liliHybrid working, based in Milan /liliThe chance to deliver landmark utility-scale projects for one of the most recognised names in global renewables /li /ulpbr/ppInterested, or know someone who fits?
