Who you arepassionate AI Engineerresponsible for developing web applications using technologies such as Python, Generative AI, and more.
Experience with different LLM providers, prompt engineering, fine?tuning and evaluation metrics is beneficial.
Experience working on one or more projects in the AI field.

Beneficial to have a good understanding and ease in the fields of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Data Science.

Recruitment ProcessFirst contact: If your profile catches our attention, we will schedule a 30?minute phone call with you.
We will have the opportunity to get to know each other better and share our stories.
Technical interview: If you apply for a technical position, such as a developer or designer role, we will conduct a one?hour interview to assess the necessary hard skills and knowledge.
Behavioral interview: If you have the required hard skills, we will evaluate your soft skills.

Take?home project: For the final step, we will give you plenty of time to independently complete a 4 to 6?hour?long task, small but realistic.

Full?remote positions: We have a hybrid remote work policy.
Employees are required to be physically present on specific occasions, such as project days (one day a week dedicated to the main project), BJR Technology days (one day a month), and on?site weeks (two weeks a year).

Italian language requirement: Speaking Italian is necessary for most positions.
