/ppbr / /ppstrongAbout the Role: /strong /ppbr / /ppWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead international custom- engineered plant, EPC package and turnkey projects, typically ranging in value from strong€500,000 to /strong /ppstrong€25 million /strong.
/ppThe Project Manager will take overall responsibility for project execution from contract handover through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, final acceptance and close-out.
/ppThe role includes direct responsibility for customer management, schedule, budget, margin, cash flow, contractual compliance, risks, variations and claims.
/ppWorking in a matrix organization, the Project Manager will coordinate internal functions, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams, actively driving decisions, resolving critical issues and implementing recovery plans where required.
/ppThis is a hands-on role, not limited to project reporting or coordination.

/liliDefine and manage the project execution strategy, including schedule, budget, resources, procurement priorities and contractual milestones.
/liliCoordinate engineering,
procurement, expediting, manufacturing, quality, logistics, construction and commissioning activities.
/liliAct as the primary interface with the customer and lead internal and external project reviews.
/liliMonitor project progress, critical-path activities, risks and delays, implementing recovery actions where required.
/liliManage project financial performance, including budget, margin, cash flow, invoicing, collections, cost-to-complete and forecasting.
/liliManage contractual obligations, variations, claims and change orders, ensuring that deviations and additional work are properly documented and commercially protected.
/liliSafeguard Boldrocchi's contractual position regarding milestones, warranties, liquidated damages, performance guarantees and acceptance criteria.
/liliDrive supplier and subcontractor performance together with Procurement, Expediting and Project Quality, addressing delays and quality issues where necessary.
/liliEnsure the timely submission and approval of technical documentation and contractual deliverables.
/liliCoordinate site execution, commissioning, start-up and performance testing with the relevant site and technical teams.
/liliEnsure the timely closure of punch lists, outstanding claims, documentation and final payments.
/liliProvide management with clear reporting on project status, financial performance, risks and required decisions.

/strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
/liliAt least 7 years of experience in industrial plants, process equipment or custom-engineered projects, including at least 3 years in a Project Manager role.
/liliProven experience managing international projects across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning.
/liliStrong understanding of project financials, including budgets, margins, cash flow, cost-to- complete and forecasting.
/liliSolid knowledge of industrial contracts, including milestones, warranties, liquidated damages, performance guarantees, variations and claims.
/liliAbility to manage project schedules, critical-path activities, risks and recovery plans.
/liliStrong customer management, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
/liliAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary teams within a matrix organization.
/liliHands-on, pragmatic and result-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
/liliFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
/liliAvailability for international travel when required.
