Key Responsibilities 1.Order Processing (Core)
Receive, verify, process and track sales orders timely and accurately
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance) to resolve order issues
Update order records in CRM/ERP systems and generate status reports
2.Marketing Support
Assist in organizing marketing events (trade shows, webinars, product launches)
Support collateral preparation and data compilation (customer lists, campaign metrics)

Job Requirements
#1+ year of experience in sales admin, order processing or related roles; marketing support experience is a plus
# Proficient xrdbqlu in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM/ERP tools
# Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking skills and communication abilities
# Flexible, proactive and able to work independently
