with specific focus on promo, pricing and communication on all channels /li liMarket, industry and competitor analysis, including continuous benchmarking of competitor products, positioning and commercial activities /li liProduct launches: marketing contract, pricing setting, discounts with trade off between margin target and market positioning pricing to reach targets /li liHQ local marketing project development and implementation /li liCoordination of cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Dealer Network, to ensure seamless execution of projects and launches /li liMonthly meetings and internal results/performance reviews preparation /li liMonthly forecast setting for mix, channel mix, pricing, discounts, media no media budget /li liMarketing plan definition for new launches (from ATL / Digital / BTL and Press) /li liCommunication and media agencies management to drive and monitor strategy implementation, identifying opportunities and optimization areas /li /ul pbQualifications, Skills Experience /b /p pbBehavioral Skills /b /p ul liAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. /li liStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills. /li liExcellent problem-solving abilities. /li liProactive and results-driven mindset.
