To strengthen our Purchasing Department, we are looking for a motivated and organized Procurement & Logistics Coordinator.
The Role
The selected candidate, in close collaboration with the Purchasing Department Manager, will be responsible for:
Managing relationships with Italian and international suppliers
Negotiating prices, commercial conditions, and supply terms
Issuing purchase orders and monitoring deliveries
Planning and coordinating international shipments by sea, air, and land
Verifying customs duties and Incoterms compliance
Interfacing with forwarding and logistics companies




Monitoring warehouse stock levels and supply availability
Supporting daily procurement and logistics operations
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
Fluent in spoken and written English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage priorities
Previous experience in purchasing or logistics is considered a plus, but not mandatory
