About the Role
We are looking for a 6 months Intern to support the ACMA Customer Service team in the following activities:
Create offers and economic proposals for Spare Parts in collaboration with the tutor;
Support the team in the spare parts business to achieve the area objectives;
Set-up and constant follow-up of spare parts offers
Creation of suggested spare parts lists




Monitoring of market penetration and new actions to increase the business
Support ACMA foreign company offices for the previously listed activities by supervising the progress in achieving the economic targets
Provide remote support to our Client Companies worldwide.
What You Need to Be Successful
• Degree in Economics & Business Administration or Languages;
• Excellent knowledge of English language preferably at a business level.
The knowledge of a third language is highly appreciated plus (German, Spanish or French);
• Knowledge of SAP is a favorable plus;
• Communication skills and customer orientation;
• Strong human relationship builder among different professional environments and diverse cultures;
• Precise and meticulous, attention to details is fundamental;
• Highly organized;
• Previous experience in Customer Service will be appreciated.
