Purpose of the position: As Proposal Manager, you will respond to the head of SONSUB COMMERCIAL AND TENDERING department and be part of the Drilling & Sonsub Business Line ensuring overall management of the Proposal activities.

You will join a team of enthusiastic professionals and you’ll manage proposals spanning the over the entire portfolio of Sonsub products, liaising with all competent disciplines/Company functions.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

- Analyze the Tender Documents requirements and the Contract conditions identifying the critical issues to be addressed.
- Develop the Proposal Plan, coordinate the Proposal kick-off meeting, define the Project cost structure; manage the interfaces with Partners and Client. By doing so, you'll be responsible to ensure the definition of: project organization, overall project schedule and overall execution plan & resource plan;
- Ensure the review of cost estimates, project cash flow and the preparation of Cost Closure Reports, as well as that Risks Analysis is correctly applied, guaranteeing through ROBS (Risks and Opportunity Breakdown Structure) the definition of the risk register through the R&O; methodology application.




- Ensure the delivery of the Proposal to the Client and manage the post-bid clarification phase with the Client. In such a case, you'll be responsible to contribute to/lead the negotiations with clients to reach an agreement on the outstanding pricing, commercial, contractual and technical aspects of the Proposal and in the formalization of the Contract.
- Ensure definition of the Control Budget, in case of Contract award, managing the hand over to project execution.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree in Engineering

Experience: at least 10 years as Proposal Manager or Project Manager for industrial projects, with preference for background and experience in high technological products including robotics and processing.

Languages: English B2

Technical Skills: Project Management, Risk Management and key project processes, knowledge of public works bid scheme to be seen as a plus.

The ability to manage timelines, resources, and multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial.

The ability to work in small teams against tough deadlines, focusing on key elements and results.

Problem Solving Skills Are Required.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is required.
