As Legal Manager at Fendi, you will lead the Italian holding company’s corporate governance and provide legal support to HQ functions and regional retail entities. You will coordinate with LVMH and HQ teams to ensure governance and compliance across multiple regions, while handling day-to-day corporate and commercial matters. You’ll shape how the legal and compliance program operates in a global, matrixed luxury group. This role offers exposure to international governance, cross‑functional collaboration, and meaningful strategic impact.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Manage the corporate governance lifecycle for the Italian holding company and Italian subsidiaries, including board and shareholder meetings, minutes, and follow‑up
- Draft and manage powers of attorney and delegation of authorities in line with governance framework
- Act as reference point for corporate governance, coordinating with LVMH HQ and external advisors
- Provide day‑to‑day legal support to HQ departments (Procurement, HR, Facility, Finance) including drafting and negotiating agreements
- Support Health & Safety legal aspects for corporate offices
- Serve as primary legal contact for retail entities in Japan, Greater China, Korea and SEAA, coordinating with local LVMH teams
- Advise on store operations, sales terms, promotions,



and consumer protection in regional retail markets
- Negotiate real estate and lease terms for retail locations with landlords and local teams
- Support HQ Compliance in implementing the global compliance program across retail entities
- Contribute to AML, anti‑corruption, sanctions, due diligence, gifts, whistleblowing, and supply chain monitoring initiatives
- Assist entities in adapting Group policies to local laws and monitor regulatory developments
- Participate in compliance risk assessments, audits, and reporting on program effectiveness

Responsabilità

- Law degree with licensed attorney qualification preferred
- Approximately 8‑10 years post‑qualification experience
- Experience in Corporate Governance, Ethics & Compliance, and Business Law
- Prior luxury retail, international law firm, or multinational company experience
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages a plus
- Ability to work in an international, cross‑cultural, matrixed environment
- Strong organizational, detail‑oriented, multi‑tasking skills
- Pragmatic, business‑oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in luxury retail preferred
