About the RoleWe are looking for a 6 months Intern to support the ACMA Customer Service team in the following activities:
Create offers and economic proposals for Spare Parts in collaboration with the tutor;
Support the team in the spare parts business to achieve the area objectives;
Set?up and constant follow?up of spare parts offers;
Creation of suggested spare parts lists;




Monitoring of market penetration and new actions to increase the business;
Support ACMA foreign company offices for the previously listed activities by supervising the progress in achieving the economic targets;
Provide remote support to our Client Companies worldwide.
What You Need to Be SuccessfulDegree in Economics & Business Administration or Languages;
Excellent knowledge of English language preferably at a business level.
The knowledge of a third language is highly appreciated (German, Spanish or French);
Knowledge of SAP is a favourable plus;
Communication skills and customer orientation;
Strong human relationship builder among different professional environments and diverse cultures;
Precise and meticulous, attention to details is fundamental;
Highly organized;
Previous experience in Customer Service will be appreciated.
