Success for us is the result of the quality of daily work. /p pResults give us the strength to grow as a company and as a group! /p h3Position Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with solid experience in industrial automation, motivated and problem-solving oriented, to join our team. The candidate will work on BR PLCs, developing software according to the IEC 61131-3 standard, within real-time control systems for automation and machine design applications. We are looking for a senior, autonomous, and structured profile, capable of actively contributing to technical decisions, software architecture definition, and the continuous improvement of developed solutions. /p h3What your tasks will be /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain software for BR PLCs, using languages compliant with the IEC 61131-3 standard (primarily Structured Text). /li liDesign and implement control logic for automation systems in a real-time environment.



/li liCollaborate on machine design, translating functional requirements into software architectures. /li liAnalyze and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams to correctly integrate automation solutions. /li liSupport the commissioning phase and provide advanced technical support to customer care. /li liManage software versioning through Git, contributing to maintaining high code quality standards. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in the industrial automation sector or similar roles, with direct technical responsibilities. /li liProven experience in BR PLC programming. /li liIn-depth knowledge of the IEC 61131-3 standard and proven experience in Structured Text (ST). /li liUnderstanding of real-time system principles and issues related to determinism, scan cycles, and resource management. /li liExperience in software design for automatic machines or industrial plants. /li liExperience in IT/OT integration (SQL databases, MES/ERP, structured logging, TCP/IP communications). /li liProficiency in C/C++ programming. /li liFamiliarity with Git version control systems. /li liFluent knowledge of the English language. /li liDegree in Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. /li liExperience with Agile organizational methodologies. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liRelocation premio to be defined /li liA performance-driven culture that rewards innovation, speed, and bold thinking.
