ph3SUMMARY OF ROLE /h3 pProject Manager is responsible for handling company's ongoing projects. She/he will work closely with project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. /p h3PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liManage the scope of work allocated, completing within the time, budget and cash targets, whilst optimizing the margin for the company. /li liInitiate a project: develop a Project Execution Strategy, ensuring resource availability and allocation; develop a detailed overall project schedule (plan), updating it to reflect progress and optimize work and resolve problems. /li liUse appropriate metrics (including financial) to track project performances. /li liCoordinate all activities for the allocated scope including engineering, procurement logistics, erection and commissioning. /li liManage claims and change order to/from customers and sub-suppliers during project execution. /li liManage the relationship / communication with the client and all stakeholders. /li liManage risks and opportunities by the implementation of appropriate action plans with the aim to minimise project risks and improve the project margin. /li liCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the company procedure processes. /li liReport and escalates to management as needed.
