Experteer Overview In this role, you will develop and execute the strategy for Property & Liability risks in the Italian market and support the Mid-Corporate business. You will act as the main liaison for selected agents and help drive business development and the local strategy to meet Allianz Mid Corporate targets. You will collaborate with Sales, Claims and product lines to align underwriting with corporate guidelines and cross-sell effectively. The position offers the chance to shape product strategy and governance within a global insurer. You will work in a diverse, international environment with a focus on impact, risk management and growth. Retribuzione / Benefits * Ensure underwriting teams comply with authority, pricing and rating guidelines * Steer local portfolio to meet financial targets * Liaise with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting lifecycle * Collaborate with Sales,



Claims and product lines to achieve marketing strategies and cross-selling * Maintain underwriting consistency and adherence to corporate governance and local regulatory framework * Support development and implementation of new/modified products * Support acquisition and retention of business, including agent/broker negotiations * Communicate local business strategy externally Responsabilità * Master in Engineering * At least 5 years' proven underwriting experience in Property (PD/BI, Theft, Liability) for Corporate Clients * Preference for experience with multinational clients * Proven leadership skills * Expertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycle * Strong pricing knowledge and market analysis * Ideally experience in designing and implementing robust wordings * Ideally experience in driving underwriting projects * Entrepreneurial mindset * Strong communication skills * Ability to work in an international organization * Fluent in Italian and English * Very good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative tools * Data reporting #J-*****-Ljbffr
